• Had full course of adult treatment with Dr. K, Fall 2020 - Spring 2023. Originally referred by my general dentist due to the result of an accident leaving me unable to close my jaw correctly. Overall, the entire process, from initial intake and imaging, through financial options, placing the braces on, … More treatment, removal, and now the retainer, has been overwhelmingly pleasant and positive. Appreciated the up-front pricing without any surprise charges later. Supportive staff seems genuinely eager to care. Very well-coordinated treatment plan with oral surgeon regarding a dental implant needed while the braces were on. Would strongly recommend if anyone ever asks me to recommend an orthodontist.

• I came to Orthodontic Specialists after my dentist proposed closing a foot-trapping gap in my teeth by carving into perfectly healthy, solid tooth enamel, and then filling/building up the edges to eliminate the gap. I said NOPE.
  Dr. Knutson has been exceptional as he worked with me in using Invisalign-style … More aligners to shift my teeth over time, eliminating several gaps that had opened up over the years, giving me both a more even and improved smile, and an easier to clean and maintain set of teeth. I wish I'd found him and worked with him sooner - I might not have the crown that became necessary on a back molar.
  Orthodontic work is never cheap, but Orthodontic Specialists had a payment structure that made it easy to afford, and Dr. Knutson was willing to include some things in the baseline treatment that other orthodontists likely would have charged extra for, like a heavier, more durable set of aligners when it turned out I grind my teeth enough to fracture my original aligners.
  Just a wonderful experience, start to finish, with all the staff.
