Kevin Knutson, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Knutson is a firm believer that smiles change lives! He considers himself fortunate to come to work daily and have the opportunity to make such a positive impact on the lives of many. The care Dr. Knutson provides goes beyond a functional and esthetic smile: improving self-confidence and quality of life are the real reasons Dr. Knutson does what he does.

Dr. Knutson attended Marquette University Dental School for his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and graduated summa cum laude. He remained at Marquette for his orthodontic residency to obtain his Master of Science and Orthodontic Specialty Certificate. Prior to his professional training, Dr. Knutson attended Valparaiso University in Indiana and graduated with a dual degree in Chemistry and Biology. As a perpetual student of dentistry and the orthodontic specialty, Dr. Knutson provides the most current treatment technology and techniques and is always integrating new, research-supported philosophies into his practice of the ever-changing field of orthodontics. No orthodontic case is the same as the next, and, as a former player on the Valparaiso Crusader football team (graduating as one of the all-time leading receivers), Dr. Knutson enjoys the challenging cases that involve a “team” of dental practitioners and specialists alike.

Dr. Knutson was raised in River Falls, Wisconsin on a sheep, pig, strawberry and pumpkin farm. In his spare time, Dr. Knutson enjoys the various outdoor activities that are provided in the Madison area as well as spending time on the farm to “get his hands dirty”. He also enjoys biking, golfing, hunting, fishing, cooking, traveling, and supporting the Packers, Brewers and the Badgers in any way!

Dr. Knutson is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, the American Association of Orthodontics, Wisconsin Society of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Greater Dane Dental Society.
